Welcome to all who visit my very first Spirit Site.
First of all let me introduce myself. My name is Leola, however,
I prefer that all my friends call me Lola....
Hi, there friends! I live way up in the Northern part of Maine. My husband and I have been married 25 years and we raised 3 sons.
Our 3 boys are all off on their own with growing families.
We have 7 beautiful grandchildren. Oh the JOYS of being a Grandparent!!!
We love the title and the time we get to spend with our granddbabies...
We live in the country on a 40 acre lot. My father, the man in the picture below, joined our mother in heaven on May 15, 2004.
The beautiful lady sitting on his lap is my mother.
My mother is the reason for all the pages I have been working on, and for my love of Angels. It goes like this, My wonderful and beautiful mother went to be with the lord on September 25th 1999.
She fought a courageous battle for months with Pancreatic Cancer.

Do you have a love for Angels?

Well as you can tell I surely do. The angel here on the left has a little story behind her. It goes like this. I use to have web tv. Well I discovered with the web tv that you could add html's to your e-mail. So off to the web I went and Searched for what seemed like days to find just the right background picture for my e-mail. Then one day I came across this beautiful angel. I just had to have her on my e-mail as my signature. So I retrieved the html and she was then on my e-mail for my web tv. What I didn't know then was that people with the PC couldn't see her if they weren't set up to get e-mail that would allow html's. So one day my little sister got curious and opened the html for the picture. That was all she needed to see. She now associates this Angel with me. So I just had to have her on this page.

The Beautiful Angel on the right is one that we use for our Mom. We knew one day that we would make a page for our mother and we had to have just the right angel. When we found this one we were so excited and just had to have her for our mom's page. Our mother loved angels as well and now she sings with the angels in heaven. She was just 65 years old when she went to heaven. She left behind her husband and soul mate, Leo. They were married 48 years. She also left behind 6 children, 17 grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mom is forever in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers. One day we will all be together in that special place in heaven where Mom is at getting ready for her family.
